A chilled sky bar with excellent sights of Phnom Penh during the night time. Pleasant cocktails, we had two house signatures and also the whisky sour, all of which pleased. There was a fairly easy listening Filipino band enjoying, and the band was accepting of track requests. Perfect for an evening to wind down, with cool breeze.Stunning bar with W
